Marshall Ramsey Issues Forum Presented by The Bush Presidential Library & Museum

Join us on Wednesday, December 11, with political cartoonist Marshall Ramsey as he discusses his career and the cartooning industry. He captured the hearts of many with the memorial cartoons he did after the passing of both President and Mrs. Bush. These cartoons depict George and Barbara reuniting with their daughter Robin – and with each other – at the gates of Heaven. You can see both of these cartoons and many more from the past 200 years in the Wit and Humor: American Political Cartoons exhibit. Marshall Ramsey is currently the Editor-At-Large for Mississippi Today. He’s a two-time Pulitzer Finalist (2002 and 2006) and his work has appeared in The New York Times, USA Today and The (Jackson, Miss.) Clarion-Ledger. He has also appeared on Fox & Friends, Inside Edition, CBSN and CNN New Day.

Ramsey will also have his book, “Drawing the Line: Marshall Ramsey’s 20th Anniversary Cartoon Collection” available for purchase at this event. This event will begin Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. with a reception to follow.
